Is Slendex suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes

Does Slendex contain stimulants commonly contained in any other slimming aids?

No. Sadly many slimming tablets contain caffeine and guarana. These stimulants have extremely bad side effects which include

anxiety, irritability and being unable to sleep Slendex is adamantly against any artificial ingredients and prides itself on being 100% natural.

How often do I take Slendex?

You take Slendex 3 times a day 30 minutes before food with a glass of water.

How much weight will I lose?

That depends on your starting weight, if you have more than 14lbs to lose you can expect to lose up to 6lbs in the first week, reducing

to 2-3lbs a week thereafter.

Can I take Slendex when I'm pregnant?

We do not advise it.

Can I take Slendex when i'm breastfeeding?

We do not advise it, although there are no side effects it is better to wait until you have stopped breastfeeding.

Can children take Slendex?

We would advise you to consult your GP before giving to anyone under 16yrs Slendex.

What do i do when I reach my target weight?

When your target weight has been reached you will find your stomach will have shrunk, although it is very easy to slip into bad habits and overeat so we advise you take Slendex at least once a day to maintain your new weight.

Will Slendex disturb my sleeping pattern?

No. Slendex is a unique formula that contains no caffeine or hidden caffeine that is usually described as guarana or cacao leaf or any other artificial stimulants.

Should I follow a strict calorie controlled diet?

There is no need to deprive yourself of anything as long as you are sensible and eat in moderation, the less food you consume the more weight you will lose but there is no need to starve yourself. You will feel satisfied with a small portion of food.
